For such a committed team, E.Y.E pushed its creativity and convictions on regenerative leadership all the way to Provence. The intention was to nurture, strengthen trust and develop team members’ transitional intelligence. A lively team, in a setting surrounded by nature, and with the living as stimuli for work.
Working alongside the chef Magdalena Niementowski, Les 2 Vaches brigade overcame every challenge and leveraged the team’s complimentarity to cook together and manage their emotions efficiently. Discussions with the chef helped to reinforce what they had learned and to enrich their thinking as a team. Drawings, mimes, silent walks and energy circles finally unleashed the power of the whole team in the service of the desired future and meaningful actions for all.
